个人简介:

陈玉洁20249月就任上海电力大学数理学院讲师,主要研究方向为生物物理与计算化学交叉领域陈玉洁2021年毕业于复旦大学,获得凝聚态物理专业理学博士学位20212024年于复旦大学物理学系从事博士后研究陈玉洁在相关研究领域共发表了19SCI论文,其中以第一/共一/通讯作者的身份SmallNanoscaleACS Chemical Neuroscience等期刊发表8篇成果,包括2篇封面文章和1篇热点论文。

研究方向:主要从事神经退行性疾病相关蛋白计算物理研究,包括1)阿尔茨海默症相关Aβ/tau蛋白的构象动力学;2)小分子抑制剂与/tau蛋白的相互作用机制;3ALS相关突变对TDP-43/hnRNPA2蛋白的构象调控等。
